Observations reçues par le Groupe d'étude
Soumission complète(Soumis en anglais seulement.) Auteur : Stanley A. Wickman If I may be permitted to add a thought to my previous correspondence, I should like to point out that there are professional genealogists whose livelihood depends upon their being able to piece together information in service to persons who need it. They are hired by people who have not the expertise and who may also lack other requisites (including good health) to make the inquiries. The law should be adjusted so that everyone who has a need can access the data after a decent time has passed. You may use this letter in your study of the problem. Stanley A. Wickman
